Due to an increased amount of no shows and late cancellations which prevents our business from booking clients that will honor their appointments, Organic Shimmer is now implementing a strict no show and late cancellation policy. When booking online or over the phone, you will be required to enter payment information which will be charged the full amount of the service booked if you are a no show to your appointment.
For late cancellations, less than 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. For our VIP Members, you will have a tan taken away for each no show and/or late cancellation. For our Unlimited Tanning Members, the cancellation of the full fee or 100% late cancellation fee will apply to you on the card that we have on file for you. Anything past 15 minutes from the time of your appointment will be deemed a “no show”. We hope you understand, we have tried to hold off on this policy, but as the business grows, it has become harder on our business to book appointments that will not show up or cancel last minute.
